Who is collecting your data?
Maria Falconer and Paul Hill collect data from you for business purposes. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online and to this end have developed this Privacy Policy to deal with this.
What information is being collected?
When you decide to use one of our products or services we ask for some basic information - such as name, mobile phone number and email address.
All payments are processed through paypal and we don't have access to any of this imformation, including credit / debit card details and passwords
How will your data be used?
In general we use your data to process your enquiries, to provide you access to our products and services, and to comply with legal requirements and safety measures required by authorities. If you opted in to receive marketing communication from us, we may send you information about events and workshops that may interest you and important information about our business.
How is your data collected and with whom will it be shared?
We collect your information when you decide to interact with us. This could include commissioning photographic services, registering for one of our workshops, purchasing online, or signing up to receive emails from us.
We use carefully selected third party systems and softwares to collect and store your data securely to which only Maria and Paul have access. We never pass on your details to any other organisation.

Access to your personal data
You are entitled to see, amend, or request to delete the personal information that we hold on you. If you would like to revise the information provided to us at any time, or feel what we currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information by e-mailing us.
